Today we had aboard the John Crowley charter from Tom’s River, N.J. and the rest of his family from Canada. It was a good day of fluke fishing. In the first minute of the charter the first fluke was
landed and it was also the largest of the day. Justin caught a very nice 23″ fluke and then continued to catch many more keepers. We had a good pull of fluke the whole day. All the fish were between 19″ and 23″. We also landed at least 25 short fluke with many just under the regulation mark of 18″. Bluefish we also taking our baits and many were released. The fluke fishing right now is in full swing, and the fishing is quite good . Water temp. in the bay was up to 71.3 degrees but the fish on the bottom were still coming up cool to the touch. Now is the time to go for some great tasting flattie fillets!!!!

We will definately be running down the beach to the Pipe, and even farther to the Shrewsbury Rocks. Full day, 7am to 2 pm. Everything included as usual.
