“JUST ONE MORE” FISHING REPORT, 12/9/07

All the Holiday Striped Bass you want!! Friday we had out Bob Donahue for plenty of stripers. He caught over 25 striped bass himself. We were jigging and casting white bucktails and metals. Bob finished off the day with tasty blackfish. Saturday, yesterday, we had out the Bobbie and Pete Daly charter. They caught and released safely, 71 striped bass !! Yep, that number is correct as they were having a competition on the boat to see who could boat the most and largest, and kept their own scores. We had double headers, and triple headers on. Anglers who were jigging bucktails with teasers above them had two stripers on the same rig !! They were mostly shorts, but we managed keepers to 30″. And the bluefish are still around as we had some bite offs.
So if you want plenty of action with some keepers and some blackfish now is the time to go!! This week is open including this Saturday coming up, the 15th. The weather man is talking near 50 degrees on Wednesday with plenty of sun shine. You can’t beat that! 908-472 2684. Thankyou.
