The striped bass are biting! We have been catching them eeling, casting to the workning birds, and trolling. All three methods have been producing bass to 35″ and 20 lbs. The wind has finally calmed down for the time being and the action is good. There are still slammer bluefish around and they have been caught on every trip.
Dates to charter are this Tuesday, election day, Nov. 6, 7, 10-12, 14, 18, 20, 23. BLACKFISHING starts on the 16th.
Two OPEN BOAT dates are coming up. Wednesday the 5th. for striped bass and Nov. 19 for blackfish. Come fishing by yourself or with a friend. Please call or email to confirm your spot. 908-472-2684.
