Had a trip on 7/31/07 Barry and his grandson Logan from PA ran out to the tc catching shorts and almost keeper size moved over to chapel hill channel and which 10 fish and 6 of being keepers using squid and spearing light action rods Logan first trip to jersey fluke fishing and the 10 year old is hooked loves to fresh water fish and never been salt water fishing be for wanting to come back for weak fish and also bass ending the day with 21 fluke 6 keepers 16 3/4″– 18 1/2″ 12 sea robins 3 sand sharks very nice day with a good drift and wind light looking around for peanuts very small now but a lot around with peanut getting bigger and the start of weak fish hope to have a good year when if it comes together keep looking at channel edges not much to be fishing for will let you all know when the action become red hot if some one would like to book a trip for livelining peanuts for weak fish and than switch over to fluke with peanut all ways producing bigger fish give use a call and share a great day fishing together call 732-585-5229 or check the web eveningtidecharters.com
