Had Da Boys on board for the Flounder Tournament.
Decided to stay in the river got abchored up and chummed our headed off Mussels clams etc. Same as yesterday once the outgoing was over so was our bite.
We wound uo with 25 flounder – 21 keepers

Ran an open boat today with George and Zach.  Left the dock a 7am and got to Graveling point area about 8am.  Set up for the what was left of the out going tide.  Water was about 50.  Clams were in the water chum was going and not a hit.  The wait was on again.  [...]

Friday the Knights of Columbus from St.Anne’s parish in Garwood were on board the Cindy Lou. We fished the Metedeconk River by Dale’s Basin and the Mantoloking Bridge and went home with some fat 14 inch flounders – A Great Day on the Water.

First trip of season, fished a spot from boat between Dingman’s bridge and Bushkill. Anchored by 3PM in 6 -7 ft of medium flowing current, in narrow part of river. Had great action with small bucks – never went more than 5 minutes without a hit. Landed 25 up to 4 lbs. No Roe shad [...]
